The WebRender experiment rolled from v2 to v3 on Nov 30 with a new slug, per Bug 1492568. The WR dashboard was not expecting the rollover. The dashboard ETL job needs to be updated to pull data from both experiments and the frontend needs to be updated to represent the change in user populations somehow. :jrmuizel says the team would like to have this for Orlando.

The backend side of this is done and the render script will accommodate it, but there should be some visual indication that the client population changed.

It turns out to be annoying to add annotations to the plots (ggplot2 feature bug) and there's no discontinuity in the data series at that point, so I don't think annotating the experiment boundary is actually that useful.
Declaring victory!
