Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://mozilla.org/en-us/
2. Tap on a video (does not require playing).


Actual results:

The border apears.


Expected results:

The border shouldn't appear in the first place.

I was not able to reproduce this using Nexus 9(Android 6.0.1) on latest nightly. Could you please make a video of the issue?

May I ask if you tried each video? I notice it doesnt happen with the first example (now 2x faster) only the others?

I can confirm this issue using Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 8.0), Nexus 6 (Android 6.0.1) and Nexus 9 (Android 6.0.1) on all branches. Due to that and the comment 5, I'll make this issue as New.

Too late for 63/64 but we can still take a patch for 66/65. It sounds like a fairly minor UI issue that doesn't interfere with functionality, so I'm marking this as P5.
