I updated my tree to the latest trunk, run ./mach bootstrap but I'm unable to rebase the patches. Tested 4 different ones I have in tree and no one works. 

--debug gives me:

Like usual, this was related with the artifacts of clang-tidy not being found on the server. After setting the repo to a clean state the artifact downloader worked and the issue was gone. This issue raises the problem adding a better and more obvious error message when dealing with these kind of problems.
