The problem is reproduced not only Light theme but also some light weight theme such as https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/cutest-cat-in-the-world .

Reproduced the issue on affected Nightly version 65.0a1 (2018-12-03) (64-bit). Verified - Fixed on latest Nightly 66.0a1 (2018-12-10) (64-bit) on Windows 10 x64.
