1. Open Firefox with a new profile
2. Go to a webpage that triggers Content Blocking (https://www.dailymotion.com/us)
3. Click the shield icon (Site information)
4. Click the "Report a problem" link

[Expected result]
"Send report" text from the blue button is white

[Actual result]
"Send report" text from the blue button is black
Text color is off; marking as P3 as this seems minor to me.
