User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Steps to reproduce: Use Firefox 63 or 65 Nightly on Linux. 1. Visit https://maporto.pl/ 2. Triple-click "SKALE" in the top right. 3. Wait for 3 seconds 4. Click "SKALE" one more time to hide the panel. Bug also happens otherwise when manipulating the panels, but triple-click finds it mostly consistently. Actual results: One topmost row of pixels remains visible after the panel hides (moves up the screen and gets opacity:0).

I could not reproduce on Linux with basic, OpenGL or WebRender (Intel Graphics) compositing. Could you please provide your about:support?

This is from a different machine, but here the problem is even more severe with entire element remaining on its original position, while its clone slides up. The remaining copy is not interactive, not present in Inspector, mouse hovers over background as if it was not there.
