Details

Build# 2002061104, and most previous builds I've used, including 1.0. For ordinary bookmarks on the Personal Toolbar, you can right-click and select Open in New Window and the bookmarks gets opened in a new window. If the bookmark is a group bookmark, however, the bookmarks get opened in the bookmark editor. I'd expect that the bookmarks would get opened in tabs in a new Window.
I can confirm this occurs. In addition, double clicking a tab group does not open it in the browser window, either. A tab group appears to be treated like a folder, just with a different icon, by Manage Bookmarks.
