I'm rather sure this is the wrong place to report this, but I didn't find any other means of providing feedback regarding the recent e-mail campaign "Stream great concerts wherever you are" that just reached my inbox. Please redirect this bug to the right category/people as needed.
I've found the following problem when doing what the email suggests:
STR:
- Go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/concerts/
- Click on Sign In at "Already have a Firefox Account? Sign in"
- Type your credentials.
Expected result:
- something meaningful, e.g. "you're subscribed"
Actual result:
redirect to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/oauth/fxa/error/, a page that shows a pretty unhelpful "An error occurred!" (and nothing else)
Other than that, it's highly confusing to write "Stream great concerts wherever you are" in the title, and "If you use Firefox in the US," further down in the email itself.

I don't think anyone cares (any more) about this issue. Let's close it.
