Screenshots used to provide a contextMenu entry on webpages in reader mode, but after the move to a webextension the contextMenu entry is not shown on those tabs.

Verified - Fixed on latest Nightly 66.0a1 (2018-12-10) (64-bit) and Nightly 65.0a1 on Windows 7/10 x64, Ubuntu 16.04. and Mac OS 10.13. The "Take Screenshot" option is now displayed in the context menu on a webpage with Reader Mode enabled.
