1512423 - sync will not update after disconnecting and seems to have lost everything

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0

Steps to reproduce:

I was getting browser script hacked or possibly still am and disconnected my account and it asked if I wanted to remove my personal details from the computer and it would still stay on the server and I chose that and it created a folder on the desktop with everything inside and i reinstalled mozilla and logged in and sync will not work and has no errors.


Actual results:

It's lost everything I had. Still appears I have a folder of Old Firefox Data that I have no idea what to do with. I installed firefox on my phone and sync does not work.


Expected results:

Sync should work. Does not work on my mobile phone either.

Did you reset your Firefox Account password as part of reconnecting?
