Firefox Library downloads view shows non-private downloads in a private window
STR: 1. In a non-private window download some files. 2. Open a private window, and click on the Library icon. 3. Click on Downloads. Expected Results: No downloads from your non-private session should be listed there. Actual Results: The downloads from your non-private session are listed there. 4. Download a file in the private window you just opened. 5. Click on the Library icon and then click on Downloads. Expected Results: The download from your private session should be listed there. Actual Results: The download from your private session is not listed there.
I think we have regressed this since Firefox 57 with the Photon redesign.
You are right, I was confused at the beginning because I was thinking to the Library window, this is about the Library panel instead! The current downloads list in the library panel is coherent with the history in the library panel, there we show global history indeed... *BUT* it is not coherent with Show all downloads in the same view, that opens about:downloads that only shows private downloads. I think it should be coherent with about:downloads, thus, as you said, it should only show private downloads.

well, in a private window there's no history, so the menu would be empty if we did.
