Fluent Syntax 0.8 will be published soon. The implementations are almost ready, too; we're waiting for the results of final tests in compare-locales and Pontoon. Once everything is ready, let's update compare-locales to the newest version of python-fluent.

Easy enough.
There's an open question on what FluentEntity.val should be, now that we do dedention. I've converted the tests to just use .raw_val, as it's clear what that should be ;-)

The changes are mostly mechanic about adding back the '-' to
Term IDs.
The other adjustments are around dedention of mutli-line patterns.
It's a bit unclear what the .val should be, so I converted the
tests to .raw_val, which has clear semantics in this context,
i.e., no dedent.
