We need to manage the project-socorro hooks. So I guess we need the scope "assume:hook-id:project-socorro/*" granted to the group "assume:mozilla-group:vpn_releasemgt".

Sorry, I'll also need to modify those, so I'd need "hooks:modify-hook:project-socorro/*". The hook will need to access the secret "project/socorro/symbol-upload". How does that work? Should I have "secrets:get:project/socorro/symbol-upload" in order to add it to the hook scopes?
