Steps to reproduce:

enable WR, picture caching
go to google.com
resize the browser window horizontally
maximize the window


Actual results:

the title bar addressbar are corrupted
They remain corrupted until you restart the browser


Expected results:

not so

this is important as it basically makes using picture caching unusable even for testing
