User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Steps to reproduce: 1) I had an account with email hrushikeshcoc@gmail.com and username hybrid1999. 2) I used this email to login to firefox accounts. 3) when i logged in to mozillians or any IAM based service it gave an error stating i can only Login using firefox. 3) When i tried logging in using firefox, It created a new account with the same email the new username in mozillians is hybrid1999_2 Actual results: I cant acces my first account hybrid1999. I can access hybrid1999_2 currently which is a firefox account. (Both have the same email.) Expected results: I should have been able to log in using hybrid1999 account. Edit : Not sure if this should go into phonebook or account help. Posting this in account help as of now.
It looks like the "Account Help" component is un-monitored, judging by the other open bugs. Let's try phonebook..
