#1 crash for Mac - all 10.13 shutdownhang | libsystem_kernel.dylib@0x1ca16

Stacks vary, and there doesn't seem to be a strong common theme in stacks or comments, but perhaps some are related.  I doubt these are the same as bug 1503277 which has different stack.

Signatures are not new to version 60.
