+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1501135 +++
We need Version and Target for Thunderbird 66 and also tracking-thunderbird66 and status-thunderbird66.
It would be good if the Target Thunderbird 66 could move below the delimiter ---.
We need this applied to both Thunderbird and Mailnews.
