We will need a Google Mail account with a large collection of items in the inbox. :dstrohmeier suggested that we may already have this, and that :digiterald may know more?

:vchin do you have any thoughts on the state of the inbox for our test, or suggestions for a hero element? with the discussions that happened last week do we still want to measure hero element or switch to a page load metric for tp6?

I am only aware of a hand-curated account from the old Mozilla Taipei performance team; which probably isn't advisable to use.

I've created a new account and signed up to a number of daily/weekly newsletters. Account details can be found in the FxPerfTest 1password vault. We should hold off recording this test until we have a number of items in the inbox.

We can worry about the hero element later. Just the pageload metric to start is good.

I wonder if it's worth having a test that has a small number of items in the inbox and one with more.
