Required locales are determined by the languages that have advanced to recording the string collection. Per email communication, here is the list of required languages for the latest legal doc update: German Kabyle Catalan French Chinese (Taiwan) Tatar Welsh Italian Dutch Turkish Breton Esperanto Kyrgyz Hakha Chin Irish Slovenian Chuvash
Confirm receipt of both documents in all the requested languages except for the following: Breton Chuvash Hakha Chin Irish Kabyle Turkish

Additional docs were delivered except for Breton.

All files are delivered.
