[Affected versions]: - [Affected versions]: - Firefox: 65.0a1 (2018-12-07), 66.0a1 (2018-12-11), [Affected platforms]: - Win10x64, Ubuntu 16.04 x64, macOS10.11.6 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox; 2. Access any link on youtube; 3. Disable properties from the body (or any other) class; 4. Move the mouse up to the address bar; [Expected result]: - the changes view remains unchanged; [Actual result]: - the changes view is reset; [Regression range]: - will check when needed, if confirmed that is not viewed as dupe for bug 1512665; [Additional notes]: - attached recording with the issue; - there are several scenarios that caused this, not with high reproduction rate tho: * alt+tab out and back in Firefox; * clicking inside the address bar; * was able to reproduce even after the videos jumped up (as seen in the attachment);

Yes, the root cause of the issue is the same as the one in Bug 1512665. I've raised the priority of that bug and I will close this one as a duplicate. The inconsistency with alt+tab, click inside the address is most likely related to analytics HTTP requests which confuse the Changes actor that the page itself is being navigated away from. Thanks!
