[Preconditions]:
Have at least one unsubmitted crash report.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Access the about:crashes page.
3. Hover over the "Clear All" or "Submit" buttons from the "Unsubmitted Crash Reports" section.

[Expected result]:
The "finger pointer" is displayed.

[Actual result]:
The "finger pointer" is not displayed.

For further information regarding this issue, please observe the attached screencast.
Reproducible with the "Clear All" button from the Submitted Crash Reports section as well.
