When I landed the recent mozilla/reject-importGlobalProperties changes, I forgot about the work across 13 bugs for enabling ESLint in dom/ Rather than risk bitrotting them or requiring them to do more work to rebase (some of them are very close to landing and it is near the end of term for the students working on them), I'd like to turn off mozilla/reject-importGlobalProperties temporarily for now. We can turn it back on once the current round of updates is done (and remove more usages of it!).
