151399 - First two letters of filename is truncated.

Downloading new updates for counter-strike from fileplanet.com. I've downloaded
5 different files due to running a server / different clients. Each time I click
on the link to download the file I get the "Enter name of file to save to"
dialog, with save as type set to "*.exe" and the filename set to the correct
filename, minus the first two characters.
so the link to
"http://xfer1.fileplanet.com/^1589266849/action/half-life/official/hl1110.exe"
The filename in the dialog is set to "1110.exe" when it should be "hl1110.exe"
Not the best site for debugging purposes. That link shouldn't work for anyone
else but me since that's how fileplanet works, you either stay in line to get a
unique download link or get a personal file server.
