Steps to reproduce:
1. Click/Double-Tap and drag down the new tab icon towards the container menu
2. Drop/let loose the cursor on one of the options to open a new container
This should open a single container tab, but instead it opens both a normal tab and a container tab.
This also doesn't seem to happen if you drop the cursor outside the container menu and use an extra click.
I've also been able to reproduce it with a new nightly download on a different user in the same machine.
