https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Keyboard_shortcuts#Opening_and_closing_tools

Added this note as a footnote to debugger entry on the shortcuts page (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Keyboard_shortcuts#Opening_and_closing_tools):
Starting with Firefox 66, this shortcut will no longer be associated with the Debugger.

And the following note to the opening the debugger page ():
Note: When Firefox 66 is released, this shortcut will no longer open the debugger.

We should probably revisit this later to remove the information entirely.
