We have LOTS of tests for the address bar:
1. browser-chrome mostly live in base/content/test/urlbar
2. xpcshell-test mostly live in toolkit/components/places/tests/unifiedcomplete

But there may be more tests around in other folders, we should also find them and move them so that anything related to the urlbar is in the new component.

For enabling the quantum bar in Nightly we'll need to be in a position where tests won't start failing badly, for which we need to disable and adapt them on a test basis.
