Build: 8b1450fbe Device: iPhone 7 iOS: 12.1 Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjDxhS20DO0 Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Settings -> Display -> Enable Dark mode 2. Open the hamburger menu 3. Tap Library 4. Go to Settings -> Display -> Disable Dark mode 5. Open the hamburger menu 6. Tap Library Actual results: - Library panels are incorrectly displayed in Dark Mode. Note: - Switching between the panels fixes the background but to bottom button toolbar will be displayed incorrect.
