Tentatively setting to P2 since these are ready-to-debug-and-fix webcompat issues.

WPT.fyi links for the tests in comment 0:
https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-multicol/multicol-br-inside-avoidcolumn-001.xht
https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-multicol/multicol-fill-auto-block-children-001.xht
https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-multicol/multicol-gap-percentage-001.html
https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-multicol/multicol-span-all-dynamic-add-005.html
https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-multicol/multicol-span-all-dynamic-remove-005.html
https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-multicol/parsing/column-rule-valid.html
https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-multicol/parsing/column-span-valid.html
According to these results pages, Firefox Nightly 93 (on Ubuntu Linux 20.04) passes all of these except for column-rule-valid.html. Live version of that test here: https://wpt.live/css/css-multicol/parsing/column-rule-valid.html
And it looks like maybe we're just being extra-verbose in what we serialize in the column-rule
shorthand there, so nothing too serious.

I filed bug 1725696 on that one column-rule serialization issue. Once that's fixed, we could probably close this out.
