Steps
1-Browse to enough websites (at least 16)
2-Go to Settings -> Home -> Top sites -> select 3 for example
3-Go to Home panel screen to check that there are three rows
4-Repeat step 2 but now selecting 4
Expected
The top sites are correctly shown
Actual
The images are not shown fine. Please see screenshot attached

If not reproduced, after step 4 go to home panel screen again and repeat step 2, selecting 3 rows again.

This also happens when removing a full row of top sites one by one.
