There's a r+ patch which didn't land and no activity in this bug for 2 weeks.

The patch is the release engineering part of the required work, but there is product work to be done before this can land.

And the product side is blocked on WiX adding support for AArch64 in their tools, which I don't see any indication that they are working on; see https://github.com/wixtoolset/issues/issues/5558.

This shouldn't be P1 because we can't really unblock it ourselves.
