The flag was set in bug 1052536 comment 4 and can be seen in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/rest/bug/1052536/history, but is not present in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/rest/bug/1052536.

Not sure we can do anything about this since the change happened 4 years ago. When flags are removed from a product sometimes the flags will be removed from the bugs for that product and the data is lost. Even though the history entry remains as they are just simple text values at the moment of things added and/or removed. It could be that firefox build system product had been removed from the in-testsuite flag in in the last 4 years and was added back at some point. Or the product was changed in some other way. Hard to be sure at this point.

I guess we can do it manually, but then the history becomes inconsistent. E.g. now for bug 1052536 we have two history changes with (removed "", added "in-testsuite-"). It's not easy to know whether 'in-testsuite-' was set at a given point in time between the last manual fix and the time when the flag was initially set.
