When tests were designed there was always an extra entry (localhost) which has been fixed and it is not shown anymore since bug Bug 1509383 landed.
Test testWebSiteDataEnterFirstTime (part of the smoketest) needs to be modified accordingly

Since this bug fixes a smoketest issue, this bug 1514983 is addressed in this PR too, if that's fine.
