The release process failed to create Mercurial tags for TB versions 60.3.3 and 64.0b4, which is complicated later releases, specifically the update-verify-create tasks.
retry: Calling _urlopen with args: (), kwargs: {'url': 'https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/comm-beta/raw-file/THUNDERBIRD_64_0b4_RELEASE/mail/locales
retry: attempt #1 caught HTTPError exception: HTTP Error 404: Not Found
The fix will hopefully be creating the appropriate tags so that the URLs will work and UVC can complete.

Tag patches applied. Version 60.4.0 build completed. 65.0b1 needs to be rerun because the original expired.
