Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1a) Gecko/20020610
BuildID: 2002061108

I don't know if this qualifies as a bug but it is annoying. It appears that
since about 0.9.9 Mozilla has been creating lock files in ~/.mozilla/root (don't
know why it's in "root" - I'm running it as a user). The problem is that if I
try to start another mozilla process it complains that the account profile is
locked. Working around it by using New Window is okay but in a multi-desktop
KDE setting it is kindof annoying to have to go find the open mozilla, create a
new window, and then move the window to the desktop I was originally wanting it
to be in. Prior to 0.9.9 I would just click the dinosaur icon on my KDE toolbar
whenever I wanted a new window on the current desktop.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open mozilla.
2. Open mozilla again while the first one is open.

Actual Results: Got dialog indicating account profile was locked and couldn't
start a new one using the same profile.

Expected Results: Treated this as open a new window on the existing process.
