If machinery has a result from translation memory, it's now impossible to see without opening the machinery tab. Visual indication in the tab header can increase the visibility of translation memory matches, which are IMO preferred to be used to maintain translations consistency.

I am thinking of the same indication as for locales (green number). The total number of matches is not a good indicator of the relevancy of the results, because there can be a tons of different matches from Microsoft, plus there is always one for Google Translate.

Fix bug 1515159: Visually indicate no. of TM matches (#1170)

Show Machinery count as "Number of TM matches" + "Number of other matches",
similarly as we show counts in Locales tab matches.
