I noticed the pres isn't set there when I was going to write a web platform test for bug 1423013 (but I also noticed that the test can be written without the Visual Viewport API).

viewport-resize-event-on-load-overflowing-page.html causes 'JavascriptException: Document was unloaded' (bug 1505655) frequently. I had to disable it.
