In bug 1436037 I hit errors when standing up some OSX generic-worker tasks due to not being able to find `hg`. I worked around the issue by hardcoding "/tools/python27-mercurial/bin/hg", but sooner or later we're going to need a tool that expects it to be on the $PATH.
