* Resolve minor spacing issue in rtl non-overlap kerning

We don't actually want the change to direct_machine.cpp here, as that's undoing :glandium's patch from bug 1498072. I've just pinged the upstream PR about getting it merged there, but as that didn't happen prior to 1.3.13 we'll need to manually drop this chunk from the update.
