151588 - Focus goes to la-la land after closing the message filters dialog

With the focus in the message list section of mail I keyboard nav'd to the
message filter dilaog. Using only the keyboard I was able to enter my new
message filter rule ( Yay! ), but when I left the dialog by navigating to the OK
button and pressing enter the focus never returned to the Mail window. tabbing
did nothing, arrow keys did nothing, couldn't alt-<key> to the menubar or
anything. Not even clicking on the window bar at the top would bring focus back.
I had to click in the app itself somewhere to get focus again.

A little more digging shows that just bringing up the initial message filter
dialog doesn't cause a problem. But when you go in to edit or create a filter
the dialog that pops up takes focus to a text field at the top ( for entry of
the filter name ). Even if you cancel out of everything once you reach this
point focus is gone. So it would appear that the second dialog is not
relinquishing the focus as it should so that the Mail window knows to take it again.

focus has returned from vacation to la-la-land.

(although now I can't tab into the list of message filters - but that's another
bug. :-) )
