New version of the add-on from bug 1491312

I had done some extensive checking on our add-ons code repository but unfortunately it looks like I had been searching for the wrong patterns and there were too many false positives.

rctgamer3 also found a few other related add-ons, I'm going to block the following for use of remote scripts and deceptive install tactics.
