Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Thunderbird, add some local account
2. Send email message to account from step 1
3. Baloon message about new letter appears in the right bottom corner, click on it
Actual results:
Message is not clickable, I can't open Thunderbird client by clicking on baloon message
Expected results:
Thunderbird client opens
Additional info:
Bug is reproduced for thunderbird 60.3.3, 60.4.0
For version 52.9.0 bug is NOT reproduced

Works fine for me in TB 68. That will be released soon, so try it there.
