While attempting to manage bookmarks, I've tried numerous differnt sorts,
nothing happens. The bookmarks originally came from imported IE favorites, they
wouldn't sort either in the original imported format. I then removed them from
below the separator, and can individually manage them, but no sorting
capabilities at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start/Re-start, Bookmarks, Manage, View, Sort

Actual Results:  Nothing, no errors, just nothing.

Expected Results:  It should have sorted the bookmarks, and the folders in the
order I chose.
