Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a Vimeo video
2. Refresh the page
3. Tap before elements are rendered


Actual results:

The Text Selection Action Bar pops up

I couldn't reproduce this issue on the latest Nightly build with Nexus 9(android 7.1.1)
Can you please check this issue on the latest Nightly build?

Hi, I tried to reproduce this issue using Nexus 6P (Android 8.1.0), Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8.0) and Nexus 9 (Android 7.1.1) on the latest version of Nightly 67.0a1 (2019-03-14) and Release 66.0 but without any success.
Can you make a video with the problem? Please try it with a clear version of Nightly. I'll wait for your update, thanks.

Hi, tried with the latest version of Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-03-19) and Release 66.0 build 3 and I still can't reproduce the issue. I'll keep an eye on this issue to verify if I can reproduce.

This should probably be a duplicate of Bug 1518021

Which may have been "fixed" by Bug 1516963
