Steps to reproduce:
With the Video Background Play Fix add-on installed (addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-background-play-fix/)...
1. Open Vimeo
3. Play a video
4. Enter fullscreen
Actual results:
The video isn't where it should be
Expected results:
The video should be centered
With full-screen-api.unprefix.enabled set to false the issue doesn't present itself.

Fair enough, although in any case it'll be an issue with the add-on then, not with Firefox.
