I more flashes of unstyled content recently. I specifically noticed it on https://news.ycombinator.com/
That's a bit weird, that site doesn't touch the dom at all AFAICT. I don't seem to be able to reproduce it even on a slow network, do you have any add-ons installed that could be responsible for this?

Indeed it was a newly installed addon Saka key.
