Mozilla allows the user to open a mail/news message in a seperate window (that
is, seperate from the mail/news window, as an alternative/supplement to the
message pane).  Mozilla should further allow the user to view subsequent
messages in the same window.  This would conveniently reduce the number of
windows that would result while viewing messages (assuming one does not like
using the message pane in the main mail/news window).

Steps to Reproduce:
N/A

Actual Results:  Currently, Mozilla does not offer the user the option of
displaying messages in one window.  Mozilla must open a seperate window for each
message that is displayed.

Expected Results:  I am expecting something similar to Netscape Messenger (4.x),
which gave the option of opening messages, folders, and newsgroups in either a
new window, or the current applicable window.

(This is likely a duplicate of an older bug I submitted, but for the life of me
I can't find it anymore.)
