User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0 Firefox for Android Steps to reproduce: On BlackBerry KEYone, model BBB100-6, with the latest firmware (Android 8.1.0, with security patch Nov 5, 2018), 1. Simply check User-Agent. 2. Accessing the site that has different layout between phones and tablets, such like GitHub user pages (like https://github.com/nhirokinet), https://www.watch.impress.co.jp/ , https://news.yahoo.co.jp/ ,etc. Actual results: 1: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 8.1.0; Tablet; rv64.0) Gecko/64.0 Firefox 64.0 2: Tablet layout is displayed. Expected results: I expect that BlackBerry KEYone should act as a phone instead of tablet, because this is a phone with a 4.5 inches screen. 1: Should be Mobile instead of Tablet. 2: Mobile layout should be displayed.

Yes, I use "Small" display size on configuration. When I changed display size is set to "Default" for clarification, Firefox displayed "Mobile" in User-Agent, and phone layout.
