In current Nightly, about:support is completely in english although I use the german version. I could reproduce this behaviour with a fresh profile and I found that the first affected build ID is 20181229093614.
Maybe related to bug 1516799, but the page seems to work correctly for me. I only noticed that in the part "Sandbox" the value for "User Namespaces" is blank, but I don't know if that is relevant. If I remember correctly, this value was "false" in previous builds. If I should file another bug for that, please tell me.
OS is Debian testing.

Bug 1507595 moved translations to a different format, so basically there are no translations for the "new" page.
I need to migrate strings from old files, and I was planning to do it tomorrow, but I'm afraid we might end up backing out because of bug 1516799.
Even if probably not the best solution, I'm going to mark this as INVALID, because this is expected bahaviour (missing translation -> fall back to English).
