I just installed 60.4.0, and lost folders and other emails, how to uninstall?

Steps to reproduce:
I went to Thunderbird > Options > Advanced > Update, and 60.4.0 began automatically updating.
Actual results:
The Update History shows 60.4.0 was installed successfully. Now, I have lost several folders that I'd created to keep emails of online orders. I also lost all my Sent emails from my several email addresses. Cannot see any way to uninstall this update and go back to previous 60.3.3.
Expected results:
Should not have lost anything!

What makes you think that anything was lost? Please provide way more information about your setup and clearer steps. Thanks!
