I have managed to reproduce the issue using Fx 66.0a1 buildID: 20181229214252 only on Ubuntu.
The issue is verified fixed using Fx66.0b13 on Ubuntu 16.04 x64. The context menu is correctly displayed and the page no longer goes blank when right clicking the video.
